Janine Panker, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Janine obtained her MSN with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Duke University. Prior to that, she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and her nursing degree from Farmingdale State College. Since 2008, Janine has been providing a myriad of healthcare and advocacy services to individuals and communities throughout New York, North Carolina, and New Hampshire. In June 2021, Janine founded Statera Behavioral Health, LLC in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and is grateful to have the opportunity to provide functional psychiatry services for individuals throughout the state!
Jessica “Pema” Marcello, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Jessica "Pema" Marcello holds dual board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), both earned from Duke University. With over 18 years of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, ICU, internal medicine, and community mental health, Pema brings a comprehensive understanding of how life experiences and challenges impact mind, body, and spirit.
Pema specializes in tailoring treatment plans that honor your unique genetic blueprint and lived experiences. With functional genetic lab testing, targeted nutritional psychiatry, and brief compassion-focused somatic therapy, she believes true healing happens when we move beyond symptom management toward reclaiming our wholeness. Pema is grateful to provide functional psychiatric services throughout New Hampshire for those ready to reclaim their path to wellness.
